Can anyone provide some guidance on a design question? I've got a SQL database that I'm creating a model of. This database contains logs of phone calls stored in tables by year. It also contains a view that UNIONs all of these tables.
My question is, is it generally more efficient to UNION these tables in code based on the Date Ranges I need, or to only have one Model reference to the UNION'd view? I only need read access.
