I know how to use but my question is - There is no certain time, for e.g user used the app for 90 minutes then he log out then again he comes and use for another 30 minutes. This way i need to calculate 10 hours and display notification. @MukeshRana

I've other conditions to check as well so i was thinking for a single way to check all the conditions instead of alarm for each conditions

@moDev you will keep track of total time spend by the user inside the app and save that in sharedpreferences. Now you will run a background service, which will continuously check for the hours spent inside the app either using TimerTask or handler
