I'm using WPF and XAML (MVVM pattern) I want the user to be able to choose the processor to implement and when they do this something opens or comes into view to show the settings for that particular processor

I'm aiming for a kind of plug in architecture so I don't know in advance which processor the user will select

As far as a dialog or something like that, I have no idea

I only know that it can be found by reflection (as they all implement some interface)

the best you can do is expose the property as a DP on your control, which will have it show in intellisense

I'm not sure how to do anything beyond that

well I can handle the way it is displayed, I just not sure if the settings can be dynamically made accessible in the way i suggest

Probably not the way you want, at least not easily

but like I said, I don't really know

The closest I've come is populating a combobox with reflected classes

that were able to return a config UI (at run time)

but to do so at compile time, I'm not sure

i have come across problem, where i have one checkbox and a name in datatemplate, which is used as data template for listbox. now i want to knw, listbox.selectedIndex of that row of which checkbox is selected.

@Julien cleaned it up a bit, xaml & render looks decent now

copy pasted the xaml from a guy who writes really strange. He just adds things, never cleans up unused stuff.

Also he does not know wpf well :)
