@ndugger You should be able to take a written only test and get your learner's permit, then you can ride the bike and get comfortable with it for 6-12months depending on your state before you come in and take the skills test. Only restrictions are you can't take passengers, ride after dusk or without head + eye protection. (Indiana laws)

It shouldn't come back I guess. So the landing page is a background image with a logo in the middle of it. The navbar is on top. Now on each navbar element click, everything a part of the logo should be gone and only the div content should be displayed. When you click on another menu item/link, the same process repeats itself.
