@Emmanuel enums are just classes which inherit from Enumeration...so of course they can have methods.

notice that the enum itself declares an abstract method. Each instance of the enum overrides that method to provide specific behavior for that instance.

you can think of each instance of the enum is an instance of a singleton class which inherits from the enum.

I see ButterKnife is like Dagger. I think I was fiddling with Dagger before.

Well Dagger is a pure dependency injection framework

ButterKnife is not really dependency injection

I would say it is a really nice way to get reference of Views

but it is not a full fledged DI framework

..yeah, as I said..lot to learn.

I started learning about this 2 nights ago, so we are basically on the same boat, lol

I use Charles too.

I used to use a different one while I was on a Windows machine, can't remember the name. Still have to set a proxy though, there's no way to do it without - without setting up custom router software, I guess.
