No, 20 is just a test version.

Just like previous test version, you can probably ignore API 20.

20 is like API version 1, 2, 5, 9, 14, and probably a few other that I'm missing that was a test development version that was never in a device that was sold (I think...)

Or at the least a version 11 or 12, that was a tech demo that almost no device supported.

there's 2 API 20s: 4.4W (KitKat with wear extensions) and L Preview.

so by API 20, I mean the 4.4W version.

I started to do something like you suggested, and I got a bit too involved, and before I knew it, I had a bit of a beast...

Similarly, an individual mitzvah may no longer apply because the general approach is that the mitzvah made sense in the setting it was introduced in, but might not now (e.g., with vaccines, health care, dental, etc., practicing a particular mitzvah might make things worse)

Most Christians know it as Leviticus in the Old Testament, but it's from the Torah and it's a Jewish holy book. In case anyone forgot that the Christians just borrowed all that and it's not actually part of Christianity proper (nevermind that the applicability of the Old Testament is questionable in Christianity).
