how do I convert a List<? extends Object> to a List<Long>

used this x.stream().map(a->(long)Double.parseDouble(a.toString())).collect(toList())

where x is the List<? extends Object>

@Unihedron i know that it is the mother class for exceptions is Throwable. But i didnt't know that it is base class for java.lang package

everything in java.lang is considered pre-imported for custom classes

that's why you can write throws Throwable without importing it.
