or simply saying i need to detect event when user click on notification bar for another app notification

My issue is, i am doing Video Conference Call in my application, suppose call is going and user tap on notification bar, on that time i want to show "Yes","No" Dialog

i have already done this on backbutton press

i want to put same code on notification click which i have put on backpress event

@Aamirkhan as notification bar is open your app would be in onPause mode ? can't you keep dialog there ?
