Many ways to do it. you need to choose which one.
1. Using database.(you can find many for random question and answer generation type in google)
2. You yourself create json object and fetch from assets.(sort id and get it).
3. if you have server(knowledge in jsp or php or any script lang), hit and get response.. for eg [like this](http://api.icndb.com/jokes/random)
choice is yours. ;)

i will give you an idea..bingo no confusion :P For eg: {
{ "id": 1, "personality":"For your personality, it says you looks charming"},
{"id": 2, "personality":"For your personality, it says you will be happy"},
{"id": 3, "personality":"give yours"}
//and so on....
}
after parsing and getting random id(use collections sort) and get string name of personality.
give some user input fields and ask them to submit..sort that based on id and get result. if you don't want to show different result for same user whenever user click submit, save the result in preference/database and check it.(for tha…

ok i got so so u mean to say that i will first take users name in edittext lets say user type shadow now i will first send this name to server and server will respond me only one object that is random object

but if i check same name on different devices then it will show different response right ?

fine instead of server i can store same thing in database
