1- I have created a activity to start service like this:

i am not much aware with surfaceview n surfaceholder
@UnityBeginner now i want to set arrayList to badge like this notifications = NotificationsParser.notification_arraylist; badge1.setText(String.valueOf(notifications.size()));
ok let me more clear! i have an activity in which i am receiving Notifications, and i want that when ever the new item is added to list my badge is also updated with the arraylist size @UnityBeginner
badge1.setText(String.valueOf(notifications.size())); i am doing same what u said, @UnityBeginner but my badge still showing , and my arraylist having 2 item etc but badge is not updated
