What do you mean you can't @Unihedron ? I can only guess you've not understood the quesiton (or I didn't explain it well) - connecting to different instances of a SQL DB via SSMS is very common?!? Any way, it's fixed

I got a question concerning MySQL

phpmyadmin tells me, that my DB has a size of 262MB (all innoDB)

but in my datadir folder I find only 1.3MB ... does it compress the data, or is it simply not flushed?

@DominikNeise if it is innodb check ibdata file size

my query is

SELECT partnumber, side FROM crpt_admin_orders_partnumbers
WHERE order_id = 198 AND side != 'B'

so in side column expected value is NULL, 'A', 'B'. I need to get all Null and 'A' records, but this query is not returning any results.

if I run

SELECT partnumber, side FROM crpt_admin_orders_partnumbers
WHERE order_id = 198 AND side is NULL

then it returns me 2 records,
