executing select query to count how many records are there in the table is taking 1 min 55.98 sec for 533,800 records ,is that normal or its slow because of my system configuration ?
I am playing around with Intervention Image and I think it is quite slow when you resize / crop images. Is it just me or is it a known fact that PHP image manipulation is slow no matter what. And is there a better library out there ?
i think the explosion and river that is coming out my hot water boiler implies that is dead. i pay 80€ yearly for the obligatory maintenance. you would think youd avoid these annoyances.... but no. what a great way to start the week \o/ also, it's less than 2 years old

@JayIsTooCommon I'm giving them another week. Maybe there is still some stuff they are figuring out / waiting on some caches to be emptied. Although it's already public so not sure that would make sense
for example i have a word "Komodo is the biggest monitor lizard in the world" then i want preg_match only in "lizard in the world" without the original word substringed
@tereško Holy crap that's ugly. And also good specs-wise. I'd keep it as a contingency but it wouldn't be my first choice after seeing how something sexy like the N1 can exist
@tereško Well no, but this weekend I was looking at specs for the "Thermaltake CORE V21", did you see this one? It's still small but, it actually takes a micro ATX as well.
But still looks small enough and light enough to carry around
@tereško Yeah, small is still priority. Damn this is hard work. Your case has a massive carrying handle on top which yes is useful but also takes up a lot of space

@tereško I like the look of the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv iTX case.. and would support a 240mm AIO or custom 2x 240mm (would I be able to water cool my 1080 (hybrid) and CPU with this case?)
