to separate leading data from interval, I just went with finding "in" back then

ie. foo in 2 days 3 hours bar

however I feel that "in" there should be up to the user, I think

so I should actually treat it as leading data, right?

basically, given a string: foo in 2 days 3 hours bar the IntervalParser separates the leading data by "in" at the moment

however, I think it's ridiculous to do that, I mean normally "in" there is also leading data

yes, true, but the leading separator is how I find the interval and the offset at the moment :|

since this is used on strings it is kinda complicated for me to find the interval start accurately without a leading separator, I think

this is just the case where a leading data is expected btw

in case of multiple intervals for example, one could define the separator symbol/word in the settings

or use default comma sep.

if you use that as a hint it's even more important to keep it, so that if one wants to reconstitute the string it doesn't get lost

i'd have one thing converting
"remind me I have 2 hours left in 4 hours" to the array ["remind me I have ", new Interval(2 hours), " left in ", new Interval(4 hours)]
and another thing built over it that solves this kind of special cases, like, if string contains more than two matches, pick the one that comes after "in " and merge the rest.

because otherwise you are doing too many things in the same place. each step must do its job and make sure interpretation can happen in subsequent steps

doing it in one run looks unnecessarily complicated

but then I went to have a proper interval finder :D

localhosts and shared hostings are usually very different, if your webhost knows what they're doing at least a little

ampps config vs someone selling you hosting should totally not be configured in the same way

my point is: works on localhost but not on server doesn't mean much about the cause, the same code can have different effects on two different servers, be it because php version, because php.ini, because whatever
