Even if you group it as "(degree), (minute), and (second for plane angle)" instead of the correct "(degree, minute, and second) for plane angle", "degree" is unambiguously the unit of plane angle, since the unit of temperature is not named "degree", but "degree Celsius". Under that mistaken interpretation only "minute" is ambiguous.

Hmpf.

Can anybody remember the video conversion/processing utility that used text data-flow like scripts for its input? Something like avfilter or avidecode or such.

I cannot remember.

And you could do all sorts of operations with it.

My point is that I want to use its ability to use Windows' video decoders.

I need to recode video in Microsoft Application Screen Decoder 1 format to something more useful. I can already play the video in Windows Media Player but tools like Handbreak won't decode it.
