what do you think of the layout of MRAN? I don't particularly like what they do with the task views, but the package search and details pages are pretty nice.

ie: mran hpc view vs cran hpc view

I'm sure the maintainers would like people to read the 'contributing' parts. :) Especially, if they utilized github. :chuckle:

@Andrie, also when a search is entered and there is an exact match it should move to the top of the list. Do a search for MASS for an example. Other than that I really like it.
