@Alesana I was one of the lead developers of Drupal 8, then had a falling out with the community because Drupal leadership are closed-minded bigots who feel faking a rape accusation is the right way to respond when called out for being bigots. Also, Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 are essentially entirely different systems, so which of those you're looking at makes a huge difference.

@Danack I totally disagree. Why are rapes under-reported in society? Because the only thing worse than being raped, is being told they didn't rape you, or that it wasn't "serious", or that it "isn't worth ruining their life over"

@Tiffany As to my concrete opinion, of course it's wrong and can even conceivably be considered rape in some circumstances. But, you know, even though it's illegal to just walk into someone's home without their permission, doesn't mean you should leave the door wide open.

@StatikStasis it can be argued that there are less destructive ways to defend oneself, but I do admit a gun is a quicker solution. I've heard of potential rape victims who were basically saved because they had access to a gun.
